2. Sweet Potato Halwa

  1. Boil the sweet potatoes until they are soft.

  4. Add singhara flour, peanuts, cumin seeds, red chili powder, rock salt, and coriander leaves to the pan and mix well.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cook on low flame until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add ghee and mix well.
