For the dough:- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup of cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup of ice-cold water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of chopped green olives
- 1/2 cup of raisins

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, mashed sweet potatoes, and salt. 3. Add the cold butter and mix with your hands until the mixture resembles coarse sand. 4. Add the egg yolk and ice-cold water to the mixture and knead until the dough comes together. 5. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. 6. Use a rolling pin to roll out each ball into a circle that is approximately 6 inches in diameter. 7. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. 8. Fold in the green olives and raisins. 9. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough circle. 10. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and use a fork to crimp the edges closed. 11.
