Method

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces. 3. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. 4. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and place them in the oven for 25 minutes. 5. While the potatoes are roasting, prepare the steak fillets. Season them with salt and pepper. 6. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. 7. Place the steak fillets in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked to your liking. 8.
