Ingredient

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape. 3. Place the rolled-out dough onto your baking sheet or pizza stone. 4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic on top. 5. Layer the thinly sliced potatoes on top of the dough, making sure to cover the entire surface. 6.
