Ingredients

Method

Mix until well combined. 4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball. 5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. 6. Fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides, using a slotted spoon to remove them from the pan and place them on a plate. 7. In a large pot, heat the beef broth until boiling. 8. Add the meatballs to the pot and simmer for 30 minutes. 9. Serve the meatballs hot with lingonberry jam on the side.
