Description:

Soup is one of the most comforting foods that bring warmth and comfort to our souls. The creamy texture of the potato and the tender chicken pieces make this soup a perfect dish for a cozy night in.

Prep Time:

Preparation for this soup is relatively easy and takes around 20 minutes.

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

  • Large soup pot
  • Cutting board
  • Chopping knife

  4. Reduce the heat to low and add the chicken pieces to the pot. Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Add heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the pot and stir well.

  7. Simmer the soup for an additional 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  8. Garnish the soup with chopped parsley and serve hot.

  • If you like your soup to be less thick, you can add more chicken broth or water to the pot.
  • If you prefer a vegetarian version of this soup, you can replace chicken broth with vegetable broth and omit the chicken pieces.
